Year in Review - UPDATED RECORD BOOK

The 2024 season was headlined by Greenville University's Gretchen Carie. The senior runner walked away with her second straight SLIAC Runner of the Year award after becoming the 9th runner in conference history to repeat as an individual champion. Carie set a new conference record for largest margin of victory at the conference championships, winning by 1:33 this past year. With her performance leading the way Greenville won its third consecutive team championshp.

Madison DeRoussel became the highest finisher at the conference championships for Lyon College, placing 5th overall in helping the Scots to a 3rd place finish. 

Spalding University had its best championship showing since 2015, finishing 2nd with a program best 42 championship points thanks to All-Conference runers from Avory Hamblen, Bailey Haws, Muskan Jamshed, Eryn Rataiczak, and Bessie Kelley. 

Also of note was MUW runner Hannah Owens, repeating as an All-Conference runner.
