This week's Eye on the SLIAC is focused on Principia College and their upcoming Toys for Tots drive. Principia will hold a toy drive for the second straight season, collecting donations and toys that will go directly to Toys for Tots.

This year's event will be held on Saturday, December 6 during the SLIAC basketball doubleheader between Principia College and Blackburn College. Anyone that brings a toy will be eligible to win a $50 gift card to Target, which will be announced between the women's and men's game. Game times are set for 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

The basic mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Program is to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas. For more information on Toys for Tots CLICK HERE
