Annette Ramirez adds to her historic career, becoming just the second player in SLIAC history to win Women's Basketball Player of the Year three times in their career. Ramirez, who became the conference's all-time leading scorer this season, joins Halley Spann of Webster (2000-02) as the only players to achieve the feat. Ramirez averaged 25.8 points per game in conference play this season; adding 6.1 rebounds per game and handing out 46 assists while recording 50 steals. She shot 47-percent from the field while knocking down 59 three-pointers in her 18 conference games. Ramirez scored in double figures in every game this year, scoring over 30 points six times in conference play including a career high 41 points, tied for the 5th most in a single game in conference history.

Her teammate Lauren Jones was chosen as the 2025 Freshman of the Year. Jones averaged 7.7 points and 2.9 rebounds during conference action. The guard started all but one conference game and had a high of 21 points this season while reaching double figures in scoring seven times against conference foes.

Westminster College head coach Talisha Washington was voted the 2025 SLIAC Coach of the Year. Washington led the Blue Jays to a 17-1 conference record, earning a share of the regular season title for the first time since 2016. They picked up the top overall seed in the women's basketball tournament and carry a 15-game winning streak into the postseason; pushing their overall record to 20-5. This is the second time in her coaching career that Washington has been named the league's top coach.

The 2025 6th Woman of the Year award goes to Meghan Illingworth. The sophomore forward at Webster University averaged 8.0 points and 4.6 rebounds per game coming off the bench. She shot 52-percent from the floor while tying for the team lead with 19 blocked shots in conference play. Illingworth becomes the third consecutive Gorlok to win the award, joining her teammate and two-time winner Emily Wilson.

Fellow Gorlok Bethany Lancaster takes home the SLIAC Defensive Player of the Year award. The graduate student recorded 39 steals and 19 blocked shots in her 17 conference games while adding 8.7 rebounds per game. Lancaster is the second Gorlok to win the award, joining Addison Beussink in 2022.

The final individual award is the Team Sportsmanship award, which goes to Blackburn College for best exemplifying the characterstics of sportsmanship throughout the season.
