Greenville University drew WashU for their opening round opponent in the 2024 NCAA Division III Softball Championship. 

Greenville, 31-7 this season, are the #4 seed and will face regional host and top-seed WashU at 12 p.m. on Thursday. WashU is 26-10 overall this season. Other teams in the regional include #2 Belhaven College and #3 Grinnell College. 

The tournament is a double-elimination format and will be played at the WashU Softball Field in St. Louis, Mo. Greenville is making its first national tournament appearance since 2018.
