The 2024 SLIAC Women's Soccer All-Conference team is headlined by Ashlie Johnston Cabral and Isabella Dickneite. The pair take home top player honors while Mia Smith, Jeff Wardlaw, and Eureka College also received recognition from league coaches.

Johnston Cabral, a junior forward at Greenville University, was voted as the top offensive player in the league after recording 9 goals and 4 assists during conference play. She led the league with 22 points in eight games with three multi-goal games and points in all but two games. She is the first Panther since Jackie Sievert in 2011 and only the third in program history to win the award.

Dickneite wraps up her senior season at Webster University with the SLIAC Defensive Player of the Year award. The defender anchored a Gorlok team that held its conference opponents to just two goals, finishing conference play with a 0.25 goals-against average. She is the sixth different Gorlok to win the award in program history and first since Taryn Banfield in 2021.

Her teammate Mia Smith was selected as the Freshman of the Year. The Gorlok midfielder finished with 6 goals and 3 assists during her first year with the team. She had three multi-goal games and follows teammate Malaya Blakely as one of 12 Gorloks to win the award in program history.

Jeff Wardlaw was voted by league coaches as the 2024 SLIAC Women's Soccer Coach of the Year. Wardlaw guided the Panthers to a 7-0-1 conference record, winning the program's first-ever outright regular season championship. This is the third time in his career he has won the award, included with the 2017 and 2019 seasons.

Eureka College claims the final individual award, winning the 2024 Team Sportsmanship award for exemplifying the league's values on sportsmanship throughout the season.
