    The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference would like to congratulate the over 200 student-athletes from across the conference that earned All-Academic Team honors this fall. This marks the third consecutive fall that the SLIAC has had a record number of student-athletes earn academic honors.

    Brianna Pagan and Meredith Wendt have been named to the 2017 CoSIDA Academic All-District Women's Soccer Team.
  • DuHawks Down Gorloks In First Round
    November 11, 2017
    The Wester University women's soccer team dug itself into a deep hole early in its first-round NCAA III tournament contest and never recovered as it lost to host Loras College, 5-0, on November 10 in Dubuque, IA.  The Gorloks (19-2), ranked seventh in the Central Region, end an outstanding season with the loss to the  DuHawks (15-1-3), ranked 19th nationally and second in the North Region.
  • Webster To Face Loras In Opening Round

    After its thrilling win to capture its 13th St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship, the Webster University women's soccer team will play host Loras College in the first round of the NCAA III Regional, on November 10 in Dubuque, IA.  The Gorloks secured their place in the NCAA III Championships with a 1-0 win over Fontbonne University in the SLIAC Tournament on November 4.

    The Webster University women's soccer team completed a perfect conference season by winning the 2017 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Tournament Championship for the second consecutive year.

    For the second straight year the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Championship will pit cross-town rivals Webster University and Fontbonne University against each other.
  • Townsend and Bloma Take Home Top SLIAC Women's Soccer Awards

    Paige Townsend and Elena Bloma take home the top individual honors on the 2017 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women's Soccer All-Conference team. Townsend was named the Offensive Player of the Year while Bloma takes home the Defensive Player of the Year award. Also receiving awards are Kate Arthur, the 2017 SLIAC Newcomer of the Year and Jeff Wardlaw, the 2017 SLIAC Coach of the Year. In addition, Principia College received the SLIAC Sportsmanship Team Award.

  • Alongi Sets New Tigers And SLIAC Scoring Record

    Last night's win for the Iowa Wesleyan women's soccer team was not only a big feat for the team but an equally large feat for Grace Alongi (FR/Rock Island, IL).  The win was the third win of the season for the Tigers, the most in a season since 2012.  While the win was impressive for the team, it is Alongi's performance in the win and throughout the season that has inked her as one of the top players in IW women's soccer history.

This past week student-athletes from the Principia men's and women's cross country program, women's soccer program, and volleyball program spent the weekend giving back to their surrounding community.
